Receta Pan de Pascua con frutos secos Millantú
diciembre 23, 2019 | 19:49Para 1 pan de 1 Kilo 800 gramos.
Ingredientes:
- 1/2 taza de almendras Millantú
- 1/2 taza de maní sin sal Millantú
- 1 taza de fruta confitada (OPCIONAL)
- 1/2 cucharadita de canela en polvo
- 1/2 cucharadita de nuez moscada
- 1/2 cucharadita de clavo de olor molido
- La ralladura de un limón
- 2 cucharadas de ron, pisco o aguardiente
- 1/2 taza de aceite vegetal
- 1 taza de azúcar granulada
- 3 huevos
- 1 taza de melaza o chancaca (1 pan 225 gramos diluidos en 1 taza de agua)
- 3 tazas de harina
- 1 cucharadita de polvos de hornear
- Pizca de sal
Preparación:
- La noche anterior, mezclar las especies, la ralladura de limón y el ron. Revolver bien y cubrir con un paño o plástico de cocina.
- Precalentar el horno a 180C o 350F. Enmantequillar un molde de pan de pascua de unos 20 cm. de diámetro.
- En un bol amplio batir el aceite, azúcar, melaza o chancaca hasta incorporar. Agregar los huevos uno a uno, batiendo 30 segundos o hasta incorporar.
- Agregar la harina, polvos de hornear y sal. Mezclar totalmente.
- Agregar las nueces y fruta (opcional) e incorporar con una espátula. Volcar en el molde y alisar la superficie.
- Si quieren que sobresalgan del molde deben llenar 3/4, si lo quiere a ras con el borde del molde llenarlos 2/3 con la masa (recomendado si lo van a cubrir con glacé).
- Hornear por 1 hora, 1 hora y media o hasta que un palito insertado al centro salga sin batido.
- Dejar enfriar y envasar en plástico.
Para el glaseado
- 2 tazas de azúcar flor.
- 3 cucharadas de leche.
- Unas gotas de jugo de limón.
- Mezclar bien hasta lograr un glacé brillante y espeso como cola fría. Cubrir el pan y decorar con almendras o marrasquinos confitados. Dejar secar bien antes de envasar, unos 2-3 días (va a depender de la humedad ambiental cuanto se demore en secarse totalmente el glacé).
